For sale

loeffel To put it short: This collection is a unique one, most probably the only one of its kind. Wooden spoons become more rare each day, since metalls and plastics dominate over wood. Besides, wooden spoons also have their own ‘enemies’, like decay, mildew, fracture and erosion.

loeffel Now, in age of 79 years, the collector decided to sell his collection, but only as a whole – as a piece of cultural history and documentation. Even if offers of up to 10,000 Euro has been made for single spoons, selling them would destroy the ethnological value of this collection. The price for the spoon collection is negotiable.

Currently, the collection needs at least 30 to 50 m2 of room – to present the collection in a museum or an exhibition, 100 m2 would be more suitable.
